Speak Māori uses our Talknology™ Three Principle learning approach – a language preservation and accelerated learning system developed specifically for indigenous languages. It allows you to memorize commonly used words and phrases fast and put what you have learned to use straight away. Speak Māori is the start of a comprehensive Māori Language accelerated learning programme powered by Talknology.

Each course in Speak Māori is written by experts in te reo Māori. Our first course - Speak Māori Tamariki was funded by NZ on Air and written predominantly by Te Aorere Pewhairangi and then voiced by him and his sister Te Ataakura Sharland-Pewhairangi. The videos were directed by Bradley Walker of Adrenalin Group, animated by Steve Salmond and created and edited by Jason Judd and Ben Whorwood of SupaVision. Audio recording was done at BigPop Studios and YouTube optimisation and management was completed by Taeao Delamere.

Our Waiata Māori videos were mainly recorded at BigPop Studios, produced with Abraham Kunin and featured various singers/musicians including Elias Ashby, Ms Ava Walker, Hikawai Te Nahu and Paratai Pihama. We also feature some songs by the Western Bay Council Waiata Group. Once again directed by Bradley Walker and edited by Jason Judd and Ben Whorwood of SupaVision, YouTube optimisation and management by Taeao Delamere.
